Get your skates on (runner/gym) !

It is interesting to see how the running/gym phenomenon has taken off in Malaysia over the past few years. Literally, an entire country has got off its backside and decided there's more to life than rotic canai and Astro. It is truly good to see and - at the end of the day- it doesn't matter which run/gym you take part. The fact is that you're doing something that will help you stay fitter and healthier. And that's a good thing.

Eating before morning exercise can boost your burn. Italian researchers found that runners who ate breakfast consumed more oxygen than breakfast skippers did. " Consuming more oxygen fuels metabolism - the more you inhale, the more calories and fat you burn," says study author Antonio Paoli. If you don't want to cook at the crack of dawn, just make the superquick and simple study meal: buttered toast with jam, a banana and milk.

Happy running guys! #creditstoMen'sHealthMalaysiamagazine  #31012016

The perk of being wallflowers....

People often tell me that I look cheerful and kinda outgoing, like the sort of person that would have many friends and cliques.

The truth is, I don't. I'm not a "people person". I like the quiet. I like staying in bed, curled up and comfy. I like watching the blue sky above there. I don't like crowds-a lot of people say that, but really, I absolutely cannot stand crowds. Sometimes I wish I was invisible. I would probably get more done if I was.

I'm a different people with different people. Sometimes, I feel like I'm always trying so hard to be the person people expect me to be, good or bad. I spend a lot of time thinking about what people think about me. I spend a lot of time thinking.

It's getting in the way of my happiness, and it has to stop. Oh, hey there, hello :)

Perkhidmatan ETS dari Bukit Mertajam ke KL Sentral - #informasi

ETS train
Pasal, saya memang jenis yang suka on-time punya orang, so, memang thor-baik sekali.

*tonton Tom and Jerry sampai hafal

Ye, kira mcm jalan atas tasik. Memang cantik, pasal saya pon naik train awal pagi. Boleh tengok sunrise sambil lalu di situ. Sediakan kan camera anda dan snap puas-puas. Selain itu, kita juga akan lalu “the longest train tunnel in South East Asia”. Lokasi tak sure, tapi hadapan sedikit daripada Tasik Merah. So,make sure jangan tido time tu. :)

#highlight
*gambar kurang jelas kerana saya di seat tgh

Remaining positive

And with that we bid farewell to 2015, what many would describe as being a depressing year especially for me and my family. We still mourned as my father passed away early of January 2015 and it's really hurt.

Many are hoping the cost of living can be managed, despite the weakening ringgit and with the controversial GST (Goods Services Tax) looming over us. The new year is going to be a challenging one as far as the economy is concerned. There will be a slowdown. The government expects the economy to grow by 4% to 5% next year, down from 4.5% to 5.5% this year. The difference in numbers may seem small but for a small country like Malaysia, it could be crucial.

But, despite a gloomy year in 2015, we hope to end the year with optimism and Remaining Positive. Happy new year and have a good day!
